Indiana Worker Falls From Roof

Indiana iron worker falls from roof when a gust of wind blows materials into him. He was not wearing any fall protection. He received fatal injuries from the fall.
These construction fatalities are preventable if the following precautions are taken:
- Contractors need to ensure that appropriate fall protection equipment is available and correctly used when there are dangers for falls from height.
