Facts of Wrongful Death Indiana

An Indiana laborer was stacking and straightening lumber. A forklift truck operator did not see the laborer because his load blocked his view. The load became dislodged. When the load falls from height, it lands on the laborer. The laborer died of massive internal chest injuries.

  2. Employers should encourage all employees to actively participate in workplace safety.
