Scaffold Accidents Can Lead To Construction Fatalities
Posted on October 19, 2011 by Ronald Todd
Scaffold accidents are increasing construction fatalities. These scaffold accidents happen when scaffolding is not properly constructed and used. As a result of unsafe scaffolding, a worker falls from height and receives severe injuries (severe traumatic brain injury, paralysis injury, paraplegia injury, quadriplegia injury, spinal cord injury, etc.) or even wrongful death.
These scaffold accidents are preventable when employers and contractors follow OSHA regulations and require their workers to follow OSHA regulations. OSHA regulations were created to prevent construction fatalities and other injuries.
